Spec Consultants, Inc. provides on-site training in the use of SPECSINTACT software to produce contract specifications. The training consist of lectures and hands-on exercises to provide the students with a good foundation in the use of the SPECSINTACT software. Spec Consultants, Inc. is convinced that quality specifications can only be developed by a qualified Specifications Engineer as described in the Corps of Engineers Engineering Regulation ER-1110-1-8155. Since the production of a quality set of contract specifications requires the joint efforts of designers, Specifications Engineers, and management, training can best be done in the offices of the organization that will use the SPECSINTACT software.
